As a manufacturer and exporter of modern outdoor furniture, our goal is to provide quality products at competitive prices with excellent services to meet customers' satisfaction. Our factory is located in Klaten, Central Java, Indonesia. 

What kind of products do you have? What is your uniqueness and specialty?
We offer a wide variety of modern outdoor furniture made from combination of teak, synthetic rattan, batyline, alloy casting, stainless steel and aluminum. Our product ranges are folding chair, stacking chair, arm chairs and bench, table, sun bed, etc. We will always keep developing and improving our products. 

Can you accept custom designs?
Yes, we can, as long as it is possible to be applied to our condition. Just send us your designs by e-mail or fax, complete it with the drawing, measurement and the pictures, we will try our best we can do. 

How long is the production lead-time and what is the minimum order?
Our lead-time is 7-8 weeks after confirming order (combined with teak) and 4-6 weeks for non teak material (stainless steel/alloy casting/aluminum with batyline/synthetic rattan. The minimum order is 1x20ft or minimum amount $5,000 for group consolidation (one container with indoor furniture or home accessories). 

How is the construction?
80% of our products are knockdown, and some others stackable and assembled. 

How is the packing arrangement?
Our normal standard for packaging is carton box for heavy items, and corrugated paper wrapped for synthetic rattan items. Stickers or labels indicating country of origin and product specifications (code, description, material, colour, etc) are sealed on the packaging or printed carton box as requested. To make the packaging strong enough, it is tightened with stripping band. 

Do you use any chemical materials in your container to absorb humidity or destroy insects?
Yes, we always fumigate the container and put absorb bags inside the container as well as silica gels inside the packed goods. 

What is the payment term?
We welcome Irrevocable L/C, at sight or T/T with 40% deposit and balance against documents.
